I am a clinical psychologist with more than 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist.
Individual Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can empower you to become more present and more aware of your inner strengths, enabling you to fully embrace and enjoy your life.
I believe the relationship between my client and me is the most important component of individual psychotherapy, regardless of presenting issues. Accordingly, my intention is to establish an atmosphere of safety and comfort. I employ a number of different modalities, depending on what is needed, including body-focused work (such as Gestalt or Psychomotor), EMDR, TRM, and mindfulness. We will identify issues that may underlie presenting problems, exploring family of origin and other historical issues.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides support by allowing members to explore issues deeply with the help of others who may provide new perspectives from their own experiences. Group members may also try new behaviors and get feedback in a safe, supportive environment.

Aging and Sageing, support for women as we transition into our third act.

Couples Therapy
Would you rather be right or be happy? The five most important words in a relationship are: “You were right; I’m sorry.”
My goal in working with couples is to help them learn to listen deeply to each other and to develop skills to work through differences and deepen their intimacy.
Mindful Meditation
The definition of the word mindfulness is to be fully present in the moment without judgment.
This is a lot easier said than done, and to be mindful all the time is not realistic, so the idea is to create a practice.
